Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day.  Orders received after 12:00pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
 
Where We Ship
Our preferred shipping method is via UPS.  We will ship to all street adresses in the US and Canada.  Shipment to P.O. boxes within the 50 United States and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses must be via US Mail. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.

You can check the estimated shipping time to your address on the UPS Website.  This will show you the number of shipping days for all available services.  All items are shipped from Santa Clara, Ca 95054.  (You can leave off the package weight.)

Weekend delivery
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
